Your information is only shared with the vendors that are responsible in the purchase and shipping process.
Return Policy
We offer a three day return policy. Return items must be in original packaging, new condition and unassembled. Customer responsible for return shipping. Refunded amount will be amount paid minus the shipping costs we incurred to get the item to you. Once we receive the item and have verified that it is in new condition, we will issue the refund. Customer is responsible for packaging item in such a way so that it will not be damaged during return shipment.
Shipping
Orders typically take 7-14 days to be received. If there is a backorder delay, we will call you to verify that you would like to wait on the item.
Smaller items will be shipped via UPS and FedEx. Larger items will go freight. If your shipping address cannot be reached by a freight truck, you will need to go to the freight dealer’s yard to pick up the item. Hard to reach areas may incur additional charges.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Any items returned due to the wrong address being given are subject to refund minus our shipping costs (both ways).
If the shipping company calls to confirm delivery, it is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate communication for the delivery to occur. Large items must be signed for at the time of delivery. If an item is returned to us as non-deliverable due to the Customer’s failure to comply with either of the above mentioned items, a refund will be issued minus our shipping costs (both ways). Customer responsible for any redelivery fees incurred due to the fault of the Customer.
All shipments are curb-side shipments.
Inspection upon delivery
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the items delivered match the delivery receipt. Any inconsistencies should be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately.
Upon delivery, it is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect the package before signing the receipt. In the case of the damaged package(s), Customer should open and inspect contents of delivery before signing the delivery receipt. If upon inspection you discover the items are damaged, refuse the damaged item by noting the refusal on the shipment receipt. If the delivery driver will not allow you to inspect the package, Customer should refuse the delivery. Report any refusal(s) to us immediately. If constraints beyond your control will not allow you to inspect damaged package(s) at that time, Customer should note the location of the damage on the delivery receipt and send photos of the damaged area(s) to us immediately.
The customer has a 24-hour time frame to inspect the package for concealed damage after delivery. If you have concealed damage please report it immediately, along with photos of the damage and photos of all sides of the box (top, bottom, and all four sides).
